If you're unable to find a solution to the technical issue you're encountering, then the FIU Online Support Services will be glad to assist you personally. You may contact us using our email, live chat, phone, or walk-in services. If you add/drop a course in my.fiu.edu, it can take up to 24 hours for the change to be updated in Blackboard. After 24 hours, if you’re still having an issue with a course you changed during the university's add/drop period please contact Support Services.
